or do they?
'All Monkeys Love Bananas' is
a highly amusing book for young children. It is simply worded so that little kids know
what’s happening.
I really enjoyed reading
this book so I decided to road test it. I tested it on three age groups. So, I read it to a one year old, a three year
old and a five year old.
The one year old's reaction
was pleasing. He looked at the pictures and smiled a lot too! The three year
old's reaction to the book was also very pleasing. She said she loved the furry
monkeys on the front page and she also said she would definitely read it again.
The five year old's reaction
to the book was by far the best. He said he liked all of it especially the
furry monkeys. He also found it funny
and he said he would read it again.
Sean Avery has written a
monkey pleaser and I would recommend it as a bed time story.

Sean E Avery is a young sculptor, author and illustrator who started his
first newspaper column at age 12 and whose artworks are featured in the SciTech
(Perth) and Ripley’s Believe it or not exhibitions in the USA. Born in South
Africa, he grew up in Western Australia he is currently living in Canada.
